Delivery orders
Middle and delivery stipulations differ depending on the contents and total value of the order, the destination where the supply is made and package weight.

Usually, orders placed and confirmed during Monday - Friday until 16:00, they are delivered within 24-48 hours after order confirmation. Orders placed after 16:00 Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. If for some reason, the delivery will change, Coral Farm will inform customers by SMS / phone or e-mail the change.

However, depending on product availability, delivery time can be between 5 and 30 days.

Orders can be shipped all over the country and in the member countries of U.E. (Under certain conditions).

Confirmation of acceptance of delivery costs is made by the customer and sales representative Coral Farm, email and / or phone, regardless of the order value.


Delivery orders in Romania

Goods offered for sale on site www.coralfarm.ro are delivered directly by the companies courier to your home.
Depending on the weight and size of the package, delivery costs will be determined and charged by the courier company collaborating.

Delivery time

For creatures and assets in the site marked "Stock supplier", the delivery time is between 5 and 30 working days of receiving email order confirmation.

Due to adverse weather conditions, delivery orders may suffer delays.


Processing of orders during the holidays

During holiday periods, the maximum duration of processing an order can grow up to 7 working days.
